We are part of a long history. Our hometown of Grange takes its name from the French word graunge, meaning “granary”, most likely taking its name from the one built by the Augustinian monks of nearby Cartmel Priory in the 12th Century. With this heritage, we are proud to carry on the long tradition of baking in the area, doing our part to keep tradition alive while making innovative and forward-thinking creations.
