  • You can buy or renew your card via our website here.
  • Once you have completed your purchase, you will be sent an email containing a link to download your digital card.

How long does a digital card last?

12 months from the moment of purchase.

Can I have both a digital and a physical card?

No, we are unable to offer both, it is £20 for either a digital or physical card (12 months).

How long does a membership last?

For 12 months from the date the card is issued. There will be an expiry date on your physical/digital card.

How do I know what offers are available to me?

How do I renew my membership?

You will be notified via your digital wallet app that your card is due to expire.

How many people can use my card?

It will vary from provider to provider, so it is important to check the terms and conditions of the offer on our website carefully. Please note that we can only print one name on a digital card. 

What if my phone battery dies?

It is the digital cardholder’s responsibility to have access to their phone when they are required to show their digital card. This includes battery power, phone damage, loss or theft.
